The Forrest City School District Guide is intended to serve as a living document for families to receive information as it becomes available. 
We understand that information is changing rapidly and we will work diligently to update as necessary.

FCSD New Student Registration

Central – Central Elementary School will open registration on Wednesday, July 22. Registration will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. Parents must provide a copy of their child's birth certificate, social security card, an updated shot record and an updated physical. For more information call 633-2141. For the safety of the general public and our staff, masks will be required for entry into the building for anyone aged 10 or older.

Stewart – Stewart Elementary School will open registration on Monday, August 3,  Registration will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.  Parents must provide a copy of their child's birth certificate, social security card, an updated shot record, and an updated physical.  For more information, call 633-3248. For the safety of the general public and our staff, masks will be required for entry into the building for anyone aged 10 or older.  
 
FCJHS & SGA – Forrest City Junior High School and the Sixth Grade Academy will hold new student registration Aug. 10, through Aug. 21. This registration is for students new to the Forrest City School District only.
 
Registration will take place in the SGA office for sixth grade students and the FCJHS main office for seventh and eighth grade students. For more information call 261-1810 (SGA) or 633-3230 (FCJHS). For the safety of the general public and our staff, masks will be required for entry into the building for anyone aged 10 or older.
 
FCHS – Forrest City High School will hold new student registration Aug. 6-7 at 9AM to noon and 1PM to 3PM. This registration is for students new to the Forrest City School District only.  For returning students picking up their schedules, please view this SCHEDULE for dates and time information.
 

 

COMMUNITY ELIGIBILITY PROVISION 

PUBLIC RELEASE

SCHOOL YEAR 2020-2021

The Forrest City School District is pleased to announce the district will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision during the 2020-2021 school year providing meals, regardless of eligibility category, at NO CHARGE for all students enrolled in the District.  CEP is made possible through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Special Assistance Certification and Reimbursement Community Eligibility Provision.
