  1. Go Paperless!! with Google Classroom (3 hrs)
    Google Classroom is designed to help teachers create and collect assignments without having to keep up with all the papers, including time-saving features like the ability to automatically make a copy of a Google document for each student. It also creates Drive folders for each assignment and for each student to help keep everyone organized. Students can keep track of what's due on the Assignments page and begin working with just a click. Teachers can quickly see who has or hasn't completed the work, and provide direct, real-time feedback and grades right in Classroom. In this session, teachers will learn how to create their classes and enroll students in those classes. Teachers will also learn how to create assignments to be worked on and turned in, and they will learn how to make announcements that are available for students to view. Use Google Classroom for class projects and portfolios.

  2. Back to Basics (3 hrs)
    This session is intended primarily for novice users and those that want to feel comfortable completing the tasks of your position. It is open to all school district employees whether you are certified or classified. We will cover using Google Drive to share files and folders with colleagues, navigating and working with Google mail, saving and organizing files so you can easily find them when needed, using the Microsoft or Google products to do word processing or spreadsheets, and any other topics that may cause issues for you.

  3. GoGuardian Teacher (3 hrs)
    This session is intended for all teachers that want to utilize the GoGuardian Teacher system. The session will cover how to add students, classes, and policies for use with the classroom Chromebook. You will learn how to interact with student screens, view student progress in real time, manage digital distractions, reporting, and more. Any teacher wanting to gain control of what students are doing in your classroom will want to attend.
